When attempting Incremental, get BU is corrupted

Thread needs solution

Using ATI Home 2011, build 6696 on Windows XP. First full incremental BU validates and tests O.K. When starting first Incremental BU I get "file is corrupted" messge. Do I have something set wrong, or is there an issue here?

Welcome to the forum and thank you for posting. I will definitely help you with this issue.

It could occur because the backup is actually corrupt or our software could not access your backup files properly.

I would recommend the following:

1. Perform the same validation steps one more time please.

2. If you get the same error please get back to me with these two reports -

 - AcronisInfo report.

 - Acronis report.
