Job lost in BR10

Thread needs solution

Hi everybody,

On a remote server, it only use a local job in GFS and it makes backup on a external USB disk. So, the job work fine since a long time. But I'm so surprise that the job is lost. There is no job on the BR10.

So, the job has running and I have the backup files.

It looks like as my first topic question. I know how I can reset the job list on the management server. But I would like to know why the job is lost on the BR10 interface ?

Sorry, the interface is in French.
So you can see in the main frame, the job plan area, there is no job. And there is no filter in use too.

I created job 3 weeks ago and I had the jobs visible in the main frame. But when I check the backup system in the 9th may, all the jobs became invisible. But I know the job is still running, because I can have backup file and mail notification everyday.
