True Image causing graphics problem?

Thread needs solution

Using TI Home 11. Occasionally while using the computer, I get this error message:

"Display driver Intel Graphics Accelerator drivers for Windows Vista stopped responding and has successfully recovered"

Google search suggests this error message has something to do with TI. Suggested fix is to uncheck validation in backup options. But EVERY TIME I try to do this, TI crashes and has to be re-started. Even found some responses from TI saying you folks know about this and that problem will be corrected soon. But nothing seems to have changed.

I had this error a lot on one of my computers -- even on a clean Windows installation without TI installed. I finally just ignored it since updating drivers didn't seem to help.

Are you using TI 11 or TI 2011? TI 11 is an old version and hasn't been updated for years.

I'm using TI 2011 Home, Update 1, Build 6696.

I do hope the folks from Acronis jump in on this topic again. It has been floating around for some time. Last year, Acronis said newer versions would correct.

I have tried all the recommendations of my computer's manufacturer, including re-installing drivers; I'ver also tried registry changes recommended, but the issue remains.

So, please, Acronis people, how about some current info about resolving this problem.
