Acronis True Enterprise Agent Service Stops
I can install the agent on a this box and it is installed on other Windows 2003 servers but for some reason the service will stop when I try connecting to it via the console. The install goes fine. I've uninstalled and reinstalled remotely and locally with no luck.

Could you please send me this report collected from the machine where the agent is installed. It is possible the Agent service stops because it is installed under an incorrect account. There is also a possibility that the agent component is crashing.

Thank you very much for getting back to me.
I checked Windows system event logs which are collected by the AcronisInfo report and found this entry:
"The Acronis Remote Agent service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s)."
We will need to investigate why it crashes. I would appreciate if you can contact our Support team directly for further troubleshooting with the AcronisInfo report and a Dr. Watson Crash Dump.
