Bootable Disk Crashed After Booting

Thread needs solution

I'm having issues trying to boot using an Acronis Bootable disk, the Acronis Windows operating system would boot ok allowing 3 options to choose from:
- Acronis True Image Home (Full Version)
- Acronis System Report
- Windows
Choosing either "Acronis True Image Home (Full Version)" or "Acronis System Report" will take you to a splash screen, and then a blank screen - no mouse, and dead keyboard (no num and/or caps light).

Choosing "Windows" will boot Windows from drive C.

I made the bootable disk using "Acronis True Image Home Plus", and I also made the bootable disk using the download ISO image - same results using either disks.

My hardware is as follows:
Toshiba Satellite L300
Model PSLB0A-08C022
Memory 3GB
Intel Celeron CPU 2.00GHz
Vista Home Premium SP2 (32 bit)

Any suggestion welcome.

Cheers
Eddie

Hi Anton,
Many thanks for your suggestion, have sent a report to the Support team, with more testing have found the boot disks are working on my desktop computer, so it seems there is an issue with my laptop.
