Same backup, two different external HD, two different times.

First, sorry for my english. I have the TIH 2010 and it has worked well, performing my daily backup on an external USB HD (WD MyBook 1TB). Recently I bought a second external USB HD (Seagate Expansion 2TB), where I make a identical backup. It happens in this second case that the time of the incremental backup has been much higher (typically 2 h vs. 50 min). These 2 tasks are synchronized, ie, the full backup and incrementals are doing on the same day. In addition, the two external HD are connected in the same USB port via a hub. Does anyone have any idea for this time difference?

There can be many reasons for this issue, including the issues with the USB port, etc. It's hard to identify the exact cause without the diagnostic information. Could you please gather Acronis Info, Acronis Report, screenshot of the issue, then submit a case with the information attached, and let us know its number?
