Network Share credential failure when running Backup plan

Thread needs solution

Hello,

I'm creating a backup plan to make a disk image from a remote machine to a network share. The admin PC is running AMS which is where the share folder is located. The AMS connects to the Agent on the remote PC. At the step where you select the backup location, I can access the share and the credentials are accepted with no errors. When I run the backup plan, it fails and indicates a user or password failure to access the share. If the backup location accepted the path and credentials, why do I get this error when running the plan? I'm entering the path exactly how I did it in the Echo series. I'm running Build 13545.

\\IP address\share folder
enter credentials

The share is working because I can access it from the remote machine using Windows Explorer. The share is setup for maximum number of users as well.
