Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Online - Won't backup online
My company recently purchased 6 Acronis 10 Backup & Recovery 10 workstation Online licenses. I'm running brand new Dell Latitude E6510 machines with Windows 7 Professional. All of these machines are connected to the domain. I set up incremental backups, select the files I want to backup online, and when I start the task, it never completes. It sits at zero percent, says it's running, and never finishes. No files are ever backed up, either. If I try to stop the task, it never stops. I've tried with the machines connected to our high speed backbone and also to a standard Comcast cable internet connection. Neither works. I've check the Windows firewall settings as well. I was able to get one machine one time to do a full manual backup. No other machine will even do that.
I've deleted the task and tried over again, on multiple machines, and it never works. The bottom line is that I don't have the time to troubleshoot this issue because it shouldn't even be an issue.
If there is a quick solution, any help would be appreciated. Otherwise I'm going to need a refund from Acronis.

I'm not looking for remote assistance. If I need remote assistance immediately after installing this software then this software needs a lot of work and it's not for my company. I was hoping this was an issue that somebody had seen before and had a quick solution for. I will be uninstalling the software today and contacting the vendor or Acronis for a full refund.
