Do a chkdsk /r on the drive and try again. The system will run the command when you reboot it - but it will tell you this. What version of True Image are you using?

I am using version BlackArmor version that Acronis licensed out to Seagate for their BlackArmor drives. Sorry I cannot find a version number.
