It's not possible to keep Windows 7 (As you probably will want to do) and restore your programs/settings only from your XP and Vista Images..

If you want to move XP or Vista onto your new hardware simply restore the entire images over your current system (ensure you have a recovery CD for Windows 7 in case you need it)... When performing the restore you need to perform a universal restore due to the different hardware.

If you want to keep your windows 7 (I think that’s a good idea as it's a very good OS)... you can simply install Acronis onto these 2x new PCs and simply double click on your backup file created previous, you will find you will be able to brows into that archive as though it's a drive letter and you can then copy/past any files/data you need from your older PC... You will however need to re-install any programs as you generally can't just 'copy' most programs.

Hope that helps.
