PC start up error window
I attach a zipped log file.
Please can you let me know what this means and what operation has failed as referred to in the log.
Each day at pc start up a blue box appears with this message in. As the box did not refer to Acronis it took me a little while to track down that it was Acronis error message.
So I would suggest to your(Acronis) development team that they include a banner for the error message box that says “Error from Acronis True Image” etc.

C:\Program Files\Acronis\DiskDirector\TrueImageRemoteConsoleFull.config is an .xml file with list of dlls for enterprise console (disk director console in your case). Can you post its content here? Oh wait... apparently there is no such file in the installation at all.. No file = invalid file, reasonable.
Try to create that file with the following contents and see if the issue persists
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?>
<config>
<addons>
</addons>
</config>
Btw, what this blue box looks like (screenshot?) Such message from console are supposed to be logged only to its logs and not displayed in some kind of popups.

Hello Steve and dev-anon,
Thank you for replying and I appreciate your help dev-anon.
Steve, the report did not provide additional information, could you run the Acronis report utility and get back to us please?
Thank you.

I have installed the latest build 6868 for ATI 2011 Home and the start up error windows has now gone!! I will monitor daily for now.
Howvere I still recommend that all Acronis error windows should be identified as "belonging" to Acronis product.
thanks for your help and advice
Steve
