Acronis true image upgrade failure

Hi to all. I'have bought on 13/10/2009 the upgrade from true image 2009 to true image 2010.
Now i'have an upgrade to true image 2009 and not the upgrade to 2010.
I've payed for this 29.95 euro's and now i'have two acronis true image 2009.
What i can do for have true image 2010?
I opened a case (00354188) but i've not response yet.
Can you help me?

On the Acronis website, use the Chat feature - if it is working - and try to sort out your issue that way.
