Are ABR10 Licenses available anywhere?

Is it possible to get an ABR10 w/UR License anywhere? My usual vendors are only selling version v11 products now. I have the bundled ABR11 w/UR and support informed me that it is not eligible for downgrade since its a bundled license. So to downgrade to 10 I would have to get a refund on my bundled license and then pay for B&R and UR licenses separately which obviously cost more than twice as much. Thanks

Thank you for finding time to report about the problem, I would like to help you with it.

Unfortunately Support is right: as it's a bundled version our downgrade module will not be able to recognize it. Another difficulty is that the product was purchased through the reseller, and not direct sales. However I've contacted Management team, and we have a workaround for you, that will not require refunding and purchasing the product again and the higher price.

You will need to purchase Service Handling Fee (SHF) ($10), and provide me with the purchase confirmation. After that I will be able to request new serial keys for you. Service Handling Fee is required for requesting new serial keys, and unfortunately there's no other official way to workaround this issue.

I have also found your case in our database, and will contact you via e-mail for the details.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: This case has caused a discussion in the Directors team, and the following decision was made: we are changing the policy, and we are no longer going to proceed with the SHF for such cases. If you would like to downgrade, and the version you're using is not supported by the downgrade tool on our website, please contact our support department, and you will be provided with the serial keys.

SHF for Michael will be refunded.
