Unable to Deploy ESX Agent

When I try to deploy an ESX agent on my VMware Server I get the following errors;
Failed to deploy the virtual appliance on the following ESX hosts: 192.168.1.7.

I have tries to revoke the license and try this again but I get the same message. Seems like the Acronis VM loads but has a system error when starting.

Here are the verisions of file I am working with;
Aronis Backup and Recovery 10 update 3 build 10.0.12497
VM ESX server 4.0.0 build-171294

Hi Alex

I would strongly suggest running the latest build of ABR10, the version you currently have is very old and a number of VMWare issues have been addressed since that version. I’m not sure if this particular issue has been as it’s not something I’ve come across myself before but ensuring you have the current build might even fix this issue straight away for you and is definitely worth a try.

On a side note it ‘sounds’ like Acronis was trying to start the VM after pushing it out, you can also watch your VMWare server to see where it’s getting stuck and check the logs from your VMWare server to get a better idea of what could be causing this issue.
