Upgrade to Acronis True Image 2012? Recently purchased 2011

Thread needs solution

Purchased True Image Home 2011 and Plus Pack 2012 on July 8, 2011. Is an upgrade to 2012 version of True Imagre, and Plus Pack 2012, going to be made available to me? I tried to find some from of support email to use, but unable to find anything that allows this question to be asked. Why is this?

Used to get a newletter several years ago but now nothing. If newletters are still sent, where can I sign up again?

Though I am subscribed I am also not getting any newsletters.

That 30 day upgrade policy is disgusting at best. He just fell outside the upgrade window by only DAYS. Same thing happened to myself and I am livid at Acronis. the BEST live chat could do for me is offer 5% off the upgrade price. What a slap across the face courtesy of Acronis.

I must mention that I really like the upgrade policy of enterprise products in this regard - for 20% annually on maintenance renewal (that is $15 for a standalone workstation) you can always be on the latest version and not punished for upgrading too often. And if you chose not to renew it, the upgrade costs about the half of the product price too.
