Certificate errors when trying to backup

Thread needs solution

Hi All,

Tried to perform an online backup (a paid for service) this morning and received an error about "certificates servers were not available". This evening I try a backup and receive an error about "not all certificates were revoked".

There is no mention of this on the forums and no mention on the "hot topics" page. Surely this is a known issue?

I've repeatedly had the same issue. Each time I attempt to back up online, I get the following message:

"Not all certificates were revoked.

...

Event Code: 0x00980335+0x00980191+0x009800C8+0x009800CD"

Can anybody provide insight into this issue? Or even better, what I might do to resolve it?

Hoping not to wait as long as Ellis has for a response... :-)

Thanks in advance for any help.

I'm having the same problem. The solution offered by Customer Support (deleting the client.crt file) does not fix the problem. Just purchased this product and so far I'm not impressed. It was tedious to install, then it doesn't work, and then Customer Support deserts.

Hopefully someone has a fix for this glitch and I'll end up happy with it.

Thanks for any help

I'm getting this error now as well. Error code: 0x00980335+0x00980191+0x009800C8+0x009800CD. I'm more concerned that nobody from the company has replied to this error in the forum since November 2009???
