Error Faild to execute the command 8d165e86fb819606
Please can someone help me. We installed ABR 11 but when
we tried to back up to tape it shows an error and cannot create personal vault on tape. but with backing up with folder to folder its working fine.

It's not an official support channel ( that is roughly here http://www.acronis.com/support/contact-us.html ) it's a community and apparenty not a lot of people feel to advise regarding tapes.

Hi Ed
Please ensure you have no other backup applications installed on this server (eg, applications you use to use with the DDS tape drive you have installed)... Also check if you have a service called “Removable Storage” on your server if you do ensure it’s not started, if it is STOP this service and if it’s something that is not needed disable it or at a minimum set it to Manual start-up type.
After doing this I would recommend rebooting your server to see if that fixes the issue (you can also try and re-starting the Acronis services if a reboot it not possible).
Would be interested to see how you go with this or if Acronis support helped you fix this solution it’s always appreciated if you could share the findings to help any others that might come across the same issue in the future.
