2012 Will Not Install

I purchased the upgrade this morning but I can't install it. Using the serial number provided for the upgrade and the serial for my True Image 11 I can not get the "Next" button to activate. I downloaded my previous serial number right from the http://www.acronis.com/my/products/ page.
