Stand Alone not recognizing master image

Thread needs solution

I have installed Snap Deploy Management Console and Snap Deploy License Manager. I put in my license#. I went over to the Management console, made a .iso for the boot media and master image.

I put the DVD into a brand new HP 8200 (same model i made it from), the boot media lets me start the standalone utility.

I changed the settings on the network adapter (this machine is not on a network though, it is standalone).

Then it starts the deploy image wizard...which is where my problem is. I put the DVD in with the .iso it created...but it will not detect that anything is on the DVD...its like its blank. When I examine the contents of the DVD, i cant see anything, but it says that the DVD is 60MB.

Im stuck here, really need some help. I am using the trial key, if i can get this routine down i'd like to buy licenses for 100 more.

Thanks

I'm having similar issue trying to deploy image using standalone utility on HP 8100. I've created master image using same model and trying to deploy to another machine of the same model.

When I boot the new machine with standalone utility, it loaded and then I insert the DVD with image (2 DVDs). It does not recognise the first DVD, showing that it's not a valid image. But when I inserted the DVD2, it detected but when I try to start the process, it shows completed successfully within 1 second. But nothing loaded.

Kindly assist.

Thanks.
