B&R SBS 2008 version - Licence is wrong

Hi,

i have a sbs 2008 server (64bit of course) with acronis b&r 10 sbs-version (German version). The product was registered and licenced. Now we had to change the NIC because it doesn´t work correctly. After changing the NIC the backup job doesn´t work, so I want to create a new one.
After starting this procedure came immediatly the message "licence wrong" (in german "Lizenz ungültig")
I started the licence manager. 1 licence is listed, but used.
Probably the licence depends on the mac-address of the NIC?
so what, I exported the licence to XML, deleted it and imported it again from the XML-file. Now the licence is available, but if a I want to create a backup job, the message "licence wrong" still appears.
Is it a difference, when I (after deleting the licence) write in the key manually?
Or how have I to go on? Have I to re-register the product?

You are correct, the license is tied to the NIC card. To resolve the issue please remove the license from the License Server, remove the Agent, add the license backup and install the Agent from the scratch.

If you use  Acronis Management Server, you should rejoin the Agent to AMS and recreate the policy tasks.
