This is a backup from a new laptop to a NAS using FTP and TIH 2011. All had been working just fine. Suddenly I'm getting the following error which is somewhat cryptic to me. Need to get this backup running again.

Messages:

"ftp://mongoose-media:21/Data_Backups/Laptop/HP_Laptop_Win7HP_64bit(1)31…"
Operation with partition 'Z:' was terminated.
Details:
Write error (0x70004)
Tag = 0x9D2DE1F088CBC4D8
Error occurred while writing the file. (0x40003)
Tag - 0x74C96BD8D1217EFA
Operation has completed with errors.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

The backup fails more than it is successful. About the last three weeks, roughly.

Do you mind sending us the latest logs from the problem machine? The error your specified might be related to the SnapAPI or the connection to the target location, so we need to localize the issue. Acronis Info would be useful.

I followed your link but it leads me to a German version of the utility to run the report. Meanwhile I keep getting the same errors.
