If I understand correctly you do not want to be shown a box asking you a question to ignore/cancel..etc..etc?

I think the option you are looking for is to enable "Do not show messages and dialogs while processing (silent mode)" under the backup options section of your plan..

And if you need permission to skip or repeat, the decision will be made for me? If so how?

I'm not too sure what you mean by needing permission to skip or repeat but my understanding of this feature is if you enable the "Do not show messages and dialogs while processing (silent mode)" feature ABR will try a few times and if it still can't get access to the destination or source disk it will fail the task... Another option you can look into is the "Task failure handling" also located under the backup job options.
