Restore and Format
I have True Image Home 2011. I have a 146GB boot drive (Seagate) that is full. I am replacing it with a new 300GB drive (Seagate) that has the same specs other than size. If I restore the image to the new drive will it also format the drive at the same time it is installing the image? Will I need to do anything with the CMOS?

Gregory,
Yes, ATI erase any partition information *if* you restore the entire disk: selecting all partitions and the MBR+track0 is the same as selecting the entire disk.
If you were to restore a partition to an existing partition, you would erase the target partition information and ATI would fit the image back into the target partition (again, all data in the target partition is lost).
Typically, when users restore to a bigger, they choose to restore manually, one partition at a time, in the same order the partitions were in the previous disk (see the disk management console), use ATI to size the target partition. You should not resize any partition other than the C:\system partition or any partition you created. Also, remember to mark primary *active* the right partition (the one that was active in the previous disk).
Upon restore, you should check your BIOS settings to make sure it is still set up properly.
