Acronis Backup&Recovery 10 Advanced Server SBS Edition: no backup possible anymore

Thread needs solution

Hi.
Since Sunday, our SBS 2008 doesn´t make any backups anymore on our NAS system.
I checked the log file and found the following info:

After that, i tried to manually start the task with the same error in the end.
After that, i tried to upgrade to the newest version, but during upgrage i get the following error:
"No License for the required product available on the license server".
So i downloaded my serial again for the product and wanted to read the serial file, but i got the info, that the serial is not correct for this product.
After that, i tried to go on with updating.
The update started just fine, but during updating the license server i get the following error:

So now i don´t know how to go on.
I also restarted our SBS without any luck.
How can i go on making backups?

Thank you for opening the thread regarding this question, I appreciate it, and will be glad to assist you.

Unfortunately these errors may point onto different causes, and in order to fix the issue we need to find out the exact one. Let's focus on the installation issue first.

First of all please do remove current installation from the problem machine with the help of Acronis Backup and Recovery 10 Cleanup Tool, and temporary disable any third party protection software.

After the machine is cleaned proceed with installing the update. Should the installer roll back, please gather MSI log and Windows System Information. If the installer crashes before MSI log can be created, please obtain Dr. Watson crash dump. Then submit a case with the information attached, and let us know its number.

If the product get properly installed, please check whether the original issue remains. If it does, then please gather Acronis Info from the problem machine.

about my license problem.
will i be able to install the update?
i don´t know, why i have these license problem, since the license was bought on Sept. 22. 2010.
so i am a little bit afraid of removing the older version.
