Blue Screen Stop Error message
Hi
I uninstalled Acronis True Image Home 11 from Add or Remove programs from Control Panel in Windows XP Home Edition with Service Pack 3 computer.
Next I rebooted my XP computer.
Then I installed the trial version of Acronis True Image Home 2010 from a burned CD after I logged in my administrator account in Windows XP.
It wanted me to do a full backup.
I clicked to perform a first backup of my system.
After it booted again it try checking to make sure if my hard drive is okay.
Later I get a blue stop error message saying : "STOP : c000021a unknown Hard Error , unknown Hard Error.
I am not sure what this stop error message means.
Any one have this stop error message before.
Please reply back soon.

In order to investigate the issue I would recommend you open a new support case using the following link http://www.acronis.com/support/index.html and attach the following diagnostic information:
Please do the following in order to enable mini-dumps:
- Right click on "My Computer" and choose "Properties";
- Go to "Advanced" tab;
- Go to "Startup" and "Recover Settings";
- Choose "Small memory dump" in "Write debugging information" box;
- Close all the dialog windows by clicking OK buttons.
Now, please reproduce the system crash and send us the mini-dumps created. This will allow us to investigate the problem thoroughly.
Also include sysinfo and Acropnis Report to your request.

Hi Dmitry,
I checked the Small memory dump is already set for Write debugging information box.
How do I find the mini-dumps and save them in order to send them to you?
Where can I get sysinfo and Acronis Report?

Hi Dmitry,
I have successfully duplicated my computer system crash.
If I double click on Acronis True Image Home 2010 desktop shortcut then I click on Try Now! button. The welcome screen for Acrinis True Image Home 2010 appears.
Then I click on Tools & Utilities on the bottom left side of the Acronis True Image Home 2010 screen. Now I click on One-Click Backup. On the One-Click Backup screen, it says Partition to back up : No label (C:) - 24.73 GB of 202.9 GB used. Archive location : Acronis Secure Zone (Will be created automatically). Next click okay to Run the Schedule Task With Credentials. Next Reboot computer. The there is a light blue screen doing analyzing partition and lock partition and doing other checking. Soon the STOP error message is displayed: STOP : c000021a Unknown Hard Error , Unknown Hard Error. Next I hold in the power button on my computer to cut it off. Then I power back on then it says Acronis Completed.
Now, I login to my administrator account, then the System Settings Change dialog box shows up. Then I click on to Reboot button.
After that no more Blue Screen Error message appears except when performing the above steps over again.
