unable to burn Boot Media

Thread needs solution

Hi,
I just bought 3 licenses and installed them on 2 computers. A 64 bit Win 7 and a 32 Bit Win 7 Ultimate laptop. I successfully burned a Boot Media on the 64 bit but I am unable to burn one on the 32 bit?? It give me these warnings/errors:

insert new media/ system is busy / insert blank media etc.
Ca i use the same boot media on both computers? But I would also like to figure out why it does not burn on the laptop. I burn some other items to make sure it was not the burner. I took out the cd's I tried to burn but they only got approx. half the Boot media burned and then they get rejected??
Any ideas??

Razz.

The boot disk that is created is the same regardless of what machine you create it on.

An alternative is to ust ati to create an iso and then use your own burner program to burn the iso to disk or, yet another alterantive, go to the updates page in acronis.com after login and download the iso for the bootcd from there anduse your own burner to make the opti disk.
