Unable to install TIH 2012 and there seems to be too many problems with it to bother with at present. I am presently using TIH 2009 and want a realiable replacement. TIH 2011 should be stable by now.

You might contact Acronis Support explain the situation and request that they switch your license for the TI 2011 version. They do this at time. Otherwise, you may be able to find TI 2011 for sale at other locations/sites. Just make sure to buy it from a reputable place.
