atih2012 doesn't show me an option to select USB D:drive as souce

Thread needs solution

I've already tried a repair install and turned-off other b/u software. Drive D does however appear on the destination drop drop-down. Win7/64

Is this a USB3? If yes, plug into the computer via a usb2 connector. Right now usb3 has some problems for some.

Both drives are USB 3.0. I tried your suggestion and inserted both into 2.0 ports. Now it is reversed, the D: that I need as a source will not show up on the source drop-down as D. Both drives D: & G: appear on the destination drop-down now...useless. All of this is wacky and frustrating.

As I stated before, there are some usb3 issues for some. Have you tried using a usb2 cable plugged into a usb2 connector. I would suggest you start a support ticket on this issue.
