Why home version of your product cant create safe boot cd.

Hi,

I am a big fan of Acronis product. But I dont understand something the commercial and home product
dont seem to have the same quality.

Acronis true Image home 2012 and Acronis Disk director 2011 cant detect my 3 Hardrives.

I have try with a the safe version of an old True Image Echo Workstation, and it work perfectly.
Can you provide us ith the safe boot option ?

I'm guessing that TI 2011 was the last with the SafeMedia (Safe Mode) version. Acronis doesn't seem to want to support it or spend resources on it.

If the Full Mode version (Linux-based) doesn't see the drives, you should probably create a System Report and submit it to Acronis Support. They may be able to get the drivers added.
