Back up Archive Explorer Problem

Thread needs solution

I am running the latest build of ATI Home 2012 on Win XP however in my device manager under Acronis Devices it shows the following

Acronis Backup Archive Explorer - indicates as not working properly
Acronis TrueImage Backup Archive Explorer - indicates as not working properly
Acronis TrueImage Backup Archive Explorer - appears to be OK

Please would you be able to advise how I correct this issues

Delete or uninstall all three. Restart the download install program and choose install. This will then display a repair option. Choose the repair option and this will reinstall TI overtop of your existing install.

I am running under Win7 Pro 64, and for backup unit an external 500GO Iomega disk...
I was using ATIH 2009 w/o any problem.
I went to ATIH 2012, then I got backup Archive Explorer problem, (driver could not be installed by Win7...)
I remove it, then re-install/repair ATIH 2012, and end up with the same problem...
