It was possible in erlier versions to "Erase" (Overwrite three times for example) disks. Isn't ist possible any more with the boot Disk?

That's correct. The feature may eventually find its way back into DD since some of the others that didn't make it from DD 10 to DD 11 have already been added back. If you have one of the newer versions of TI you can do a secure erase using it or its boot disc (use the DriveCleanser utility).
