Where is Acronis Online Backup?

Hi Harald. I have had the same issue since August when I upgraded to ATIH2012. I have had a support ticket open since then and have sent them multiple reports that they have requested, but Acronis has yet to solve my problem, and I don't think that I am alone.

I am able to see my online backups if I log into my Acronis account online, but ATIH2012 is telling me that neither computer that I backed up online with ATIH2011 are not yet backed up. Very frustrating as I am paying for a service that I cannot use. Hopefully Acronis Support will resolve the issue in the near future!

that what you describe is exactly my problem. Meanwhile I recognized that Acronis Online Backup is integrated in ATIH2012. ATIH2012 also finds an existing backup but is not able to add new or changed files to this. Instead of that it starts a NEW backup! The old existing backup is deleted!! I had a great amount of data in my old backup. It takes many hours or even days to create a complete new backup. This is an unbounded cheek!
