Internal error on trying to backup files

Thread needs solution

ON trying to backup my drive c to an external HD I am getting an internal error This is the error I'm getting. (0X0) Tag=0x0. That tells me nothing. I think that Acronis should give over the phone support to their customer, after 30 days. I have windows 7 64 bit laptop. I just starting getting this error. Does anyboby know how to fix this. I have Acronis True Image Home 2010. Not sure if this is right forum.
