Network Controller not supported yet
Hallo.

Hello.
I'm working with the new Boot-Disc ATIH 2012 right now.
When I boot from CD, i can not load my image from the network,
because the network controller Realtek 8111 is not supported.
Will the drivers be integrated in the next build ?
My Mainboard is ASUS P8H61-M Pro
I have many computers too set up ...
Yours sincerely

Hello all,
Thank you for your posts. I will do my best to help you.
If the bootable media does not detect certain hardware, we recommend the following:
1. Create WinPe bootable media as a temporary workaround, you can find the instructions here.
2. Collect the following diagnostic information and contact our Support team so that we can investigate this problem -
- Windows system information file.
I apologize for any inconvenience and if you need additional assistance please let me know.
Thank you.

Anton,
The WinPe idea sounds good, though perhaps complex.
However:
Q: Doesn't WinPe bootable solution, as you advise, require additional payment (add-on "Plus" pak)? If so, shouldn't customers who have trouble (like us) get this for free? Maybe it is included -- please advise.
Additional (suboptimal) workaround for those who can do it:

Add another "compatible" network interface via PCI card, just for Acronis
Of course, that is also added cost.

They've made the BartPE plugin available as a separate downoad again for TIH 2012. You can now get it free (it was absent for a while) from your Acronis account login at https://www.acronis.com/my/index.html
Although that package is intended specifically for Windows PE1 builds using WinXP/2003 sources, it is possible to adapt its contents for Windows PE2 and PE3 usage with scripting aides like WinBuilder, etc. See http://reboot.pro/ for further info and examples if that might be helpful for your purposes.
