Can't get update 2012 to work.

Thread needs solution

My old version 8 works fine.,can't contact Acronis. Been working three days and am giving up!!! How can I get my money back?

Check along the left margin (Useful Links) for 2012 help. Also along the left margin is info about contacting support

As you have found out, there is a world of differences between the two versions. Many users long for the simplicity and those "good old days of version 8 and 9 but with updated drivers for the new hardware.
