Clear use of English in this forum

Thread needs solution

A message to ACRONIS Staff.

1. STOP thanking posters.

2. STOP making statements that you can help IF YOU ARE PASSING THE ISSUE TO SOMEONE ELSE.

The English language is 99.9999% CRYSTAL CLEAR. The issue is that the United States (at the top of the list) and other English speaking countries have too many of its citizens that have LITTLE or NO COMMAND of the English Language. I, unfortunately, suspect that ACRONIS head office in New England, doesn't have good staff, fluent in English either. U. S. English IS NOT THE WORLD STANDARD!

You do realise that Acronis is a Russian company - a hint could be gained from the names of the moderators and programmers, and therefore English is their second language.

Personally I think British English is the English as she should be spoke (sic) and spelt (spelled), but then I'm biased. :-)

Hi Rick,

Good point - we will look into this matter from the management standpoint.
Colin, thanks for your help.

American English is an oxymoron. ;)

So is Canadian English, but at least we spell properly. Not sure about the Aussies and Kiwis. :^)

Canadian English used to be much closer to British English. Now it's still similar to British English, but includes a lot of American usage and construction.
