Can't change my email address

Hi all,

I would like to change my account mail adress. After doing the change in the profile settings I get a prompt that the new email adress was entered sucessfully. But I still can't log in with the new email. And after logging in with the old one the new address is deleted in the profile settings and replaced again by the old one.

What am I doing wrong?

Been there, http://forum.acronis.com/forum/20237 . Either change it on main site and get the new forum account as a result, losing access to the old one, or do nothing.
