I'm running Acronis True Image 2009 and have just started getting this error. How do I send you logs? This just started happening about a week ago and I've been running your software for several years. Thanks.

Hello Patsy,
Welcome to our Forum, we're glad to greet you here.
I regret to inform you that Acronis True Image 2009 is a very outdated product. It's no longer developed, updated or supported anymore. Investigation process might need our development assistance, which is not possible in your case.
In such situation I would advise you to try the latest version: Acronis True Image Home 2012. The trial installation is valid for 30 days, and almost full functional (check out the limitations here).
Please also note that this thread is dedicated to the Acronis Corporate Product line, and the solutions listed here will not be applicable for the software you're using. Feel free to refer to the respective Forum sections: for Acronis True Image Home 2012, and for older versions of True Image Home.
Should you need anything else or have any further questions - feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience, we will be happy to help you!-
Thank you.
