outlook 2007 - trying to get support?

Thread needs solution

i recently upgraded to ATIH 2010, (and thanks to Brcue in the previous thread - now have it registered!)
i have a technical issue with the program for which i would like to receive support. I am still within my 30 days of purchase but am unable to navigate an option for support that does not involve paying for it?
In my accout - i select ATIM 2010 - support - the only option i get is pay per issue?

am i looking in the wrong place?

I can't answer your questions as I have never contacted Acronis Support.  As an option you can post your problem here giving as many details as possible (operating system and service packs, True Image build number etc.). There are many very knowledgeable forum users here that may be able to help you.

Hi Bruce thanks for the suggestion.
I am trying to find a way of backing up my emails.
I know how to create the job and i can schedule it to run
only trouble is that i leave outlook open all the time and when it's open - the schedule gets an error.
I know there is a way of asking ACRONIS to close outlook prior to the scheduled job - but i dont know how to do it?

perhaps there is an easier way?

im using Windows 7
ATIH2010 build 5055 (latest)
