Please help with ATI versions and upgrade to 2010

I have a new computer with W7 32-bit. I recently purchased the ATI 2010 update.

I don't remember what version of ATI I had in my old computer with Vista, but I kept all my Acronis products in a folder. This is what I have:

trueimage9.0.3854_s_en.exe (I think this is an update)
trueimage9[1].0_s_en.exe
TrueImage11.8027_s_en.exe

1. Which one should I install on Windows 7?

2. Should I upgrade it to 2010?

Install only the 2010. The updates are usually the full program. Be sure to have the serial numbers of your previous versions handy.

Thanks for your help. Installed 2010 successfully, with image done on USB external drive and a backup on a second internal drive and on schedule. 2010 seems to work as designed, so I am happy.
