Backup and Recovery 11 Trial Corrupt?

I registered and downloaded a trial of Acronis Backup and Recovery 11. I then tried it on a brand new Dell SBS 2011 server and an older SBS 2003 server. Both installs ran fine but upon running the mangement console, Acronis crashed with a C++ error on both servers. I tried a few workarounds online but to no avail. can anyone shed any light on the errors?

It's been reported here several times, but without resolution. (If the crashed module is ManagementConsole.exe) If you extract .msi file from the .exe installer and its digital signature in properties->signatures->details is valid, it's most likely not corrupted. If uninstall of console and resinstall from the .msi doesn't help, collect this http://kb.acronis.com/content/2707 (under 'For all other products please proceed as described below' because console doesn't work) and dump http://kb.acronis.com/content/2192 (64-bit section applies to SBS 2011) and contact support (http://kb.acronis.com/content/8153)
