*** Disk Burning issues with Acronis 2012 & Plus Pack ***

Thread needs solution

Running Windows 7 Ultimate Full x64. Disk burning has been working fine. Last change (1 week ago) was upgrade to TI/Plus Pack 2012. Tried to burn disks this morning. No go:

"Operation has failed. Code: c0aa020f, Reason: The media's speed is incompatible with the device, This may be caused by using higher or lower speed media than the range of speeds support by the device."

Turned off all 3 Acronis services in Services.msc. No problem with burning disks afterwards. Obviously Acronis' HAL is causing an issue here.

I will update this later if I nail the source down to a specific service of the 3 Acronis services.

No doubt--the disk burning issue is caused by the Acronis Scheduler service. ISO Recorder/Windows Burning tool--same issue as noted previously.

Acronis, you need to fix this pronto. I have been running True Image since 2008. I provide field service for major computer makers, printer, & TVs. Up until this point I have recommended your products to a number of my clients.

Until this issue is addressed, I cannot recommend Acronis products of any sort.
