After numerous attempts to backup my data from full backup to differential I received the attached message. I am also attaching an image of Windows Explorer showing that I do have backed up information. Will someone please tell me how my problem can be solved. Without the backup Acronis is useless to me and I will seek another program.

Why not just do full backups? It's much the best option - I have mine set to just do full backups two in fact and delete the oldest backup. This means that when the third backup is done the oldest of the two in my backup folder is automatically deleted. You can of course set the number of backups to any amount you want.
