If I purchase DD11 Server and it fails to increase the size of my C partition on my Server can I return it for a full refund?

Is this just a general question in advance or are you having a problem?

I suggest contacting the Acronis Sales team, as the server version is considered a corporate product.

Is there anything non standard with your server disk setup?
