Why is it so difficut to get an online reply from Acronis?

Have a (perhaps) simple question regarding On Line backup. I have a 20mb Up internet connection, what can I expect ACRONIS servers to support for bandwidth. I realize that the speeds may vary by time of day etc. but what can I reasonable expect?

I have the family plan( key numbers).I recently disposed of 2 old xp computers and purchased 1 win 7.I need a new activation key to activate on new computer or someway to transfer one of the numbers.

This is all well and good,but when I try to load the trial version,the serial number sent me is not valid?? Also in an earlier try,once I had the trial version loaded in the help drop down menu, the activate etc lines were not there.????

As of December 2010 I had two Acronis backup and recovery programs - I cannot find them on my computer and I need to use the backup to recover some lost data. I need to speak to someone or live chat with someone from Acronis so that I can give them my serial numbers.

I have Acronis backup files from 2011 and 2012. Wish to restore to my current HD. I have
downloaded the 2014 Home Trial version of Acrionis, but it can't seem to recognize or even see
these backup files on my Iomega disk. Should the 2014 version be able tyo restore these
files back to my HD? What might I be doing wrong?

Never mind responding to the above. I have deleted the product; will never try to use
it again--Acronis is clearly full of problems thus all the trouble people have with it.

I ust downloaded the trial for True Image 2015, and can not find the serial
number in any email or in my account.
Do I need it to register to use the program? If so, please tell me where to find it

I have Acronis True Image Home (2010, I think) Ever since I downloaded it on my new computer I get the message "Acronis True Image home has detected unsupported hard disk drives .... etc" and as a result I can't activate and use the program. I had this problem before but don't remember how I solved it. So will someone who reads this solve it for me. What do I do to circumvent the problem and backup my computer?

If your new computer has Win 8 or Win 8.1 , these are only supported via TI Version 2014 and 2015.
Most Win 8. and some Win7 have machines have GPT style partitioned disks.

my operating system is Windows 7. I have to admit I really don't know what you're telling me when you state: "these are only supported via TI Version ....."; and "some Win7 have machines have GPT...." But thanks for your intended help to solve my problem.
Is there a process, explained in a way I can understand, to allow me to work around the problem of "...detected hard disk drives...does not support..." and use the program to make a backup. I accomplished it when the OS was Windows XP but don't recall the process. Do I need an update; a different version, etc?????????

Ipurchased Acronis 2016 . I had acronis 2009. The serial # for old Acronis was not accepted even though I received from my account and also from chat..I cannot use my new purchase. Please help.

I want to buy paid support to have a technician help me to mount an image of my hard drive from my external hard drive onto an extra internal hard drive that I have on my computer. How do I do this? orions-belt@comcast.net I have Acronis True Image 2014 installed on my Windows 7 computer.

I purchased upgrade to 2016 and instrccted the backup tp be incremental and then a full after 5 incremental backups. I now have one full from a couple weeks back with my old copy. Now in addition to the full I have 11 incremental backups. I am in danger of runing out of memory on the external drive I use to store backups. How should I proceed?
