Problems With Versionchane @ Synology DS211j

Hi Guys,

i have a question:

For some time now i have Acronis 2011
I have 2 Desktops and 2 Laptops.
I backup to a Synology DS211j
But my versionchane doesn't work.
I configured it that is has to drop the old backups after a week when he creates a new one.
But he doesnt delete te old one, and my Synology is out of disk space it takes about a 2 weeks to fill it up so im deleting it bij hand every day or week.
Sometimes i get the message "Can't open datastream"
Unfortinately i recently bought the Synology so i do not get support.
I hope you can help me.
