no volumes
I upgraded to windows 7 ultimate 64 bits and found that if I want to backup volumes they are not available in the "data to backup view". The file option is working oke. I use backup and recovery 10. What is wrong? Is there an update to correct this bug?

I did not actually upgraded, but changed from windows 7 ultimate 32 bits to a new installation of windows 7 ultimate 64 bits. No problems with the 32 bits version.
Both window 7 32 bit and 64 are on the same machine. Could that cause the invisiblity of volumes? I tried also ABR11 and have exactly the same problem.
I futher noted that in 32 bits mode that in disk management there are two os's recognised as expected. In 64 bits mode there is a third os [microsoft window] shown as default besides the actual two. This microsoft window os does not have drive/volume letters.
Acronis Disk Director 11 Home shows the same behavior as mentioned above.
I removed all acronis programmes ABR 10/11 DiskDirector 11 and diskcleaner and cleaned up registry thoroughly. Next reinstalled ABR 10 and problem was gone.
