Disk volume not available when creating backup job

Hi,

I am helping my customer to setup ABR11 workstation in their office of about 15 PCs. There was 1 PC when I create backup job there was no disk volume available to select. When I switch to file backup I can see the 'C' drive and its contents within.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
