The vault you have selected is unavailable
Hello,
I was checking the dashboard on acronis, and I got the message: No backups have been created.
Backups were successfully created until a couple of days ago.
I checked the vaults and I am getting that the vaults are unavailable.
We are storing our backups on a NAS, I can access the NAS manually and I can see the files on it. (Vaults location).
Could someone give me an advise?
I attached a screenshot with more details.
I really appreciate your time.
Andres.

I tried to delete the vaults but I can't see an option do delete them. Also I tried to re-create the backup task, but still getting the error with the Vault.

Hi Andres,
Did you find resolution on this problem? I have similar issue now, but I put the Vault into D drive instead of NAS
Thanks

Hello Andres,
Thank you for using Acronis Software.
Please check if you have the latest version of your Acronis products. How to access to the latest version, see the article in our Knowledge Base.
When you have issues to connect to your centralized vault, recreating backup plan will not solve your issue. Please connect to your Acronis Management Server and navigate there to your centralized vault (in your screenshot, you are connected local). There click on 'change user' and add your domain admin user and password. After this, you should have connect to your centralized vault.
In your registration I found only a single license for Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 and 11 Advanced Server SBS Edition. In this case you did not need to use the Acronis Management Server, Acronis Storage Node and centralized vaults.
In order to perform backups for a single Windows Small Business Machine, you only need installed this components:
- Acronis Agent Core
- Acronis Agent for Windows
- Acronis Management console
- Acronis License Server
Every other component is optional and is not needed if you want to save only this machine. Find additional information about this scenario in our Knowledge Base (mark here, that the Acronis Upgrade Tool should not be installed in order to perform an upgrade to Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.)
If there is anything else, we can do for you, please let me know.
Thank you.
