Analyzing SyncMe folder takes forever

Thread needs solution

I only have 2 text files in my SyncMe folder: a 4KB and a 1KB.
I added 1 line to the 1KB text file, and it is syncing forever!

Unfortunately without logs we cannot identify the exact cause of the problem. Could you please send us Acronis System Report from the machine?

File sent, but I just tried it a moment ago, and syncs are fast right now.
Will keep testing...

Thank you for the update. I assume it was a temporary issue with the connection (the log shows several reattempts), but still let's wait to see whether it works normally now.

If it slips again, please resend me the synchronization logs. They are located in the \Application Data\All Users\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Logs folder, and start with "synchagent-".
